I am not sure if this has been posted elsewhere but i found it rather usefull.

Whats the ph in your area mine is 8.49 which is very high.

Mine is around 7.5-7.9 crap really

Yeah, quality post. Mine's higher than I thought it'd be - 7.5ish.

Mine wasn't as high as i expected, it was pH 7.7 on average, still crap though.
