Room in a room

Hey guys..

Im thinking of building a room within a room ..
The idea is to split the room so it would look like a small storage / spare / box room if you were to walk in there and also if anybody ever did manage to sneak a peek through the window ( Window cleaner for next door for eg ) they would just see an empty room with a chest of drawers etc ..

The idea i have is based on 7ft x 5ft x 8ft high..
An artificial wall splitting the room into 2 room with a "stealth" door ( Or wardrobe in front of it at least :laugh: )

Heres a very rough drawing of the picture i have in my head right now..

Obviously thats the framework and would look like a plain wall afterwards ..

Have this picture in my mind if you were to walk in the room uninvited :banghead: ..

Any ideas or suggestions ? Faults you may have noticed ? Or any feedback atall would be appreciated :D

Turn the whole space into a grow, just get a good blind for the window, and a good extractor fan for the window too, i see 2 areas, veg/seedling/clone, and flower :) Quality stuff mate...

Theres a video on youtube that shows you how to setup a whole room as opposed to a drobe setup, if you have the space make the use of it i say, plenty of multi-strain ation i say as well....:)

i take it you own your house, just imagine land lords face when he comes round and sees the room has shrunk, and then eventually find out the reason for it! mate if i was you id definately build that room, i would love the space and the money to build something that stealthily and awesome, deffo build that and post pics when you are finished. that is every grower dream, to have a room that is basically undetectable that can grow full sized plants. personally i cant see any flaws in your plan, you might get a heat issue but hopefully them vents will do the job. mold could be a problem. good luck mate, and great idea!

Yeah im quite lucky i suppose to have my own house at my age with 2 spare bedrooms :laugh:
But yeah i dont have to worry as such..Worked my nuts off for 14 years in the city trying to get where i am today , Then i woke up , Stopped it and then i got there:laugh:

If you have a spare room you can do this yourself for less than £30 ;)
Its the idea i think that makes it what it is..

Plasterboard £4 per sheet.. batons £10-£15 ... Screws £2 - £4 .... 2 hours of your time .. Hey presto , You got a room inside a room :party::bigjoint:

go off your instinct matey, the answers in the question here cos its every weed growers nightmare to get either bused/taxed(deffinatley on the increase) or have a guest walk in by mistake. so the more discreet you are is the best way.Go for it matey...backing you 100%
