best/cheap places to stay in amsterdam

anyone got any links to any hotels or b&bs. Thinking of going in febuary with the missus and she a fussy twat and wont want to slum it.

Ive stayed at one of the greenhouseeffect's apartments and it was quality the de-luxe one i think. Just looking for somewhere a bit cheaper.

Try searching the hotels in the dam some of them do mid-week deals, there is a thread sumwhere on here about places to stay use the search button at the top of the page, should help ya a little more.
