View Full Version : coffee shops......all there green is powerplant!
i went to dam last nov, i havnt been for a few years but i was shockewd at the shitty quility of the weed being sold in the coffee shops, out of 6 days of buying weed in the coffee shop and i got 1 nice draw!! i went straight back the the place i bought it to buy another few of the same (it was called blueberry but defently wasnt) and it was something different!!. i was chatting to some guys from th seeds about my coffee shop experience and they said that all the shops sell powerplant under different names!! looks like dam is the next victim of greedy growers...........:banghead:

Which ones did you go to? There's a lot of shops in the Dam! I've always been pleased with the smoke from Dampkring, Greenhouse etc. (the big names)
Mind you I didn't go in any of the ones in the RLD

must have been going to the wrong shops!i went out last sept and every shop i went in had banging weed and it definatly wasnt the same strain every time
i dont get why coffee shops would all use PPP you can get some far bigger yielding plants and they have the benefit of not really having to keep it that stealth with the law so most plants(cos they are grown right) should be good yielders
coffeeshops have been doing this for years- since the weed market isnt regulated touristy shops can get away with buying bulk amounts of anything and then labelling it as a variety of things, whatever lures the tourists in and makes money i suppose. if you want quality weed you should try stick to the big names.... dampkring, grey area, greenhouse etc. u can always take your bud to smoke somewhere quieter.
if your gonna shop in those shitter places, i would ignore labels and names - the same weed from the same supplier could be sold as g13 in one shop, orange kush in another, blueberry in another..... and so on. just inspect the draws... look for big buds which arent broken up (a sign of being shaken to remove thc).....look for buds which glisten with tris. a rose by any other name would still smell as sweet. :thcleaf::thcleaf::thcleaf:
