i don't know how to start this but has been 3 days since i feel strange like i live 10 years back, normal things looks odd i have a headache,fear of something and i feel some pressing on my chest and i have only stupid thoughts that makes me believe I'm going crazy,i feel like I'm floating and everything is silenced around me like I'm trapped in a balloon or something.I used some anti stress sticks can be from that?because i didn't had those feelings before using that in my room.I have a very bad schedule of sleeping i don't sleep night only day and i think the sleep is the problem and because I'm too stressed with the computer i use it too much 18h/day i think.I don't know what to say more, if is something hope someone recognize the symptoms.I had a grow (snow white) and is wicked strong ,5 puffs and i'm very smashed i smoked 1 week everyday 2 joints and every time i had a anxiety like to run you know like a whitey but controllable,and then i stopped for 1 month and this is what is happening to me i don't what to see about the weed because i did a few puffs yesterday and is kinda mess my thoughts i had to try to sleep.I don't know what to say maybe that incense sticks aren't too good,now atm i feel better somehow i sleept 1 h and i woke up fresh but is impossible to be fresh after 1 h,hope this is from stress,sleep disorder because i don't want this shit it feels really bad like a funeral.
ps:after i wake up in about 30 min a pain settles on the back of my head is more like a pression

i will make some changes like: stop using those incense sticks try to get my sleep schedule in order and stay stress free to see what is the source of this feeling.I don't want to mess with doctors they will prescribe me some strong drugs that maybe i don't need them like in other times when i had a pain near the heart the EKG didn't show anything wrong and i said that i don't sleep night he fast prescribe some cheap sleeping pills with very bad side effects i throw them and was ok.I think the time and me will settle this.

18 hrs a day of internet is going to fry ur brain, as well as ur balls if u use a laptop like me... it was doing it to me last summer, i dont think u shud even use ur computer like an hr before sleep either. if u really need to use the internet for research why not print the pages off to read..... and if u feel real bad start gettin up earlier and go for walks get some fresh air and dont smoke til after 6pm...

There are many reasons,i just don't work atm, i want to work in other country because here is shit you get around 150euro/month and 1 L of gasoline is 1.10euro so you work for nothing something like that...

is not a excuse lol...but i don't need that atm.I workout 6/7 days for 5 months and i stopped (10 days ago) and i spent more time in the house sience then..

I'll tell you somethin Up_in_smoke my good man. When I was a wee laddie I worked for the Forrestry commission planting tree saplings. For 74hrs work a week over 3wks I recieved 72quid. This was down to being paid per thousand saplings planted. But i did it because i needed the cash and had things that needed paying for.
Obviously I agree with you as I would not work for that amount of money, but i'm trying to prove the point that if you need money and have the option of work then you should take it.
What sort of job pays that money? What country are you in? I pay 1.21.3 pounds for diesel.

is minimum per month a worker gets around 150euro is by law you know,but there are jobs that pays higher but you don't have life, the schedule is overwhelming,i understood your point,if you don't have other options you will work i don't say no, because i worked too for 100-150euro/month.The country is Romania...no expectations :) btw if you are from uk or any other country i bet 1000000$ that you don't buy your medicaments and syringes if you go to hospital.....and many many other things.Hope i don't exaggerate but isn't very far of what i say
