Hiya pm and welcome to THC :D
you can use the url for your pic from hosts like photobucket etc just paste it in the insert image box or i do it this way:
upload photo to gallery on thc, then when you view pic at the bottom there are 2 buttons copy thumbnail and copy bb code to clipboard, for full size pic use the bb code button.
write your post then where you want your pic press the insert image button (looks like a mountain) and a dialogue box appears. right click in the box and paste and then ok. click preview post and your pic should be there. If you have any more probs just ask, feel free to pm me if you prefer :)
