bowls/tubs of water in your grow room mate. More fresh air will help too.

Why did you have 100 litres of water in there? Not trying to be a douche or anything its easy to say after a disaster im just wondering what you was upto :P.

Yeah, 46 should be fine for flowering but the outside humidity will change as it warms up outside. I'd say you need to maybe get more air moving through, or invest in a dehumidifier... I found with those though, that they only make a difference actually sitting inside the tent and you may not have room. They do make a big difference though... my humidity is always around 46-50% but was usually 70-80% before. You could also try putting bowls of salt or dried rice in there as some people recomend that... personally, I found it didn't make any noticeable difference but it might be worth a try as it's cheaper than any of the alternatives.

honestly the only damage if you would call it that with having your buds dry out a bit is a loss of scent majorly if you messed up because usually i will have my soil dry out fully enough for the buds to produce their own trichrome moisture and i learned that when your buds have the stench that you are looking for you should'nt ever dry their soil out or by dehumidifying the room too much because i used a dehumidifier for my drying every now and then and that took a major scent away from my buds at one point when i didnt come home one night, but i had to wait another month for more fresh white pistils and a hell of alot of them <>not sure if im rite but once the the hairs began to turn orange and fried almost from the bloombastic i used ,the scent drifted off too, until more white hairs emerged ,hope that helped somewhat :D :smokie: you learn alot from growing mistakes and when they arent majorly deadly>it helps to learn from mistakes at times
hope your grow goes XLN TEh
