help with first grow

Hey everyone, just looking for some advice on my first grow. The set up is in a closet, 2 plants, 400W grow light, canna terra pro plus soil, using the canna terra vega and flores fertilisers, pot sizes are about 8 litres each, currently germinating the skunk kush seeds i brought from sensi seeds. My question is just how i can find a suitable light, water and fertiliser cycle. So just how much light a day, how much water a day, how much fertiliser a day, and when to use the fertilisers, when to stop, and when to start using the flores instead of the vega. I have seen the grow guide on the canna terra website, however it seems to use that you need to be using one of their automated watering devices as it asks for tank size, and asks nothing about pot size, which has confused me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance :) also sorry if this has been asked a million times already

Keep it simple and make sure you have good ventilation in there.

Hiya Piedog welcome to thc this forum is gold for advice these guys and girls on here really know their stuff. You would do well to read some of these grow diaries on here, usually you veg for 4wks but depends on strain and stretch etc etc, then flower for between 8 to 10 wks again depends on strain and how the plant looks what colour the trics are on the bud you will pick this up with experience. Get yourself a good grow guide I bought jorge cervantes 150 grow rooms guide and the grow bible by jorge, these have really helped me but mostly I have picked everythin else up from this forum. Read all the questions people ask and browse the infirmary then if you have a problem u may be able to relate this to what you have seen on here. Anyway hope it all goes well for you also if you order a catalouge from a certain british firm they have all the grow tables in there and the grow room set ups ventilation and so forth. theres a good FAQ called overgrow at the top of the forum these are all easyly found questions m8 and have all been asked a lot before, search and read its the only way to get all the know-how you need bro you will find and if your really stuck make a question thread for your self in the novice section seems to be best way to get help on here
