advice please

ive been growing jackherer,it will be 8 weeks flower on sunday,ive been told they are a 12 week flower,but they are just starting to go brown,so as anyone grown with them,how long was yours in flower etc..thanks:joint:

Hi Jayman,

Different Phenotypes will finish at different times. You may have a Jack which is more Indica dominants and finishes in 8 weeks, you may have one that is sativa dominant and finishes in 12 weeks. Each plant is different mate. If you have a 30x microscope best way to tell when the plant is ready is from the colour of the Trichomes/crystals rather than when the hairs turn brown. If you don;t have the microscope most people chop when approx. 75% of the hairs have turned.

Again all depends on what you are after in relation to when you cut. Some people will cut earlier because they are after a more heady high. Others will cut later because they prefer a couch locked stoned type of effect.
