National Green Day

We are still very much promoting National Green Day and we have confirmed events in the following areas:

- Birmingham
- Cambridge
- Cardiff
- Cheltenham
- Coventry
- Danbury
- Edinburgh
- Enfield
- Gateshead
- Great Yarmouth
- London, Hyde Park
- Lowestoft
- Newcastle-upon-Tyne
- Norwich
- Plymouth
- South Woodham Ferrers,
- Essex
- St Mary’s Bay,

I won't link to them as they are a forum, but there's a thread at the LCA forum about green day events and you can ask for more details there, arrange to meet up whatever, it's being arranged through the LCA.

Much more Pro Cannabis activism can also be found as well as news etc.

Well it's a bit late in the arrangements for this year.

People were asked for suggestions some time ago to co-ordinate things.

You want one in Nottingham mate, LCA will be happy to work with you to realise that for next year.

Free the weed!

Peace!

Only 10 Chippies in Nottingham (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=category:+%22Fish+%26+Chip+Shops%22+nottingham&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=12). :Nice:

Who can really say.

I would suggest that so long as nobody gets out of hand or pissed, leave Alcohol at home, the police will let it pass.

The Met' have far more important things to get on with but if somebody starts causing trouble they will be robust about it.

It's Green Day, no turning up with cases of Tenants Super, that's the way to keep it real and keep police happy.

Hunter mate, i don't think it's personal.

Nottingham is a great place, you're right mate, but obviously not enough people came forward to make an event viable there for this year.

Be the change you want, arrange it for next year. Talk with the secretary, Dilys, she'll deffo chalk it up on the calander, drum up some interest and form a small LCA action group through the LCA and you can make the changes for your local activism endeavours.
