Iv been reading grow dairys for a few days now and have to give a scrog a go as my next project. I think growing is taking over my passion for smoking ha ha.

I was intrested in peoples opinion on wich plants work best, also wich have not worked well at all. also should ii be looking for an Indica or a Sativa type strain to go for.
Peace:stoned-smilie:

I would think a mixed strain really. How big is your groom?

Pyramid seeds Tutankhamun, great plant for a scrog imo, their Galaxy also would make a good one. I have done both, & if the Galaxy hadn't gone bloke on me I recon it would have been twice the size of the tut.
I'm begining a Kiwi seeds Mount Cook theta gonna be under a mesh in about 2 weeks, & I'm certainly gonna be getting Something with MMG under before my seasons over.
All of the above are great smokes also, the MMG is a real high & the Tut is a bit uppy, then sticks you to your seat.

It depends tbh, I do do sat doms at times, I'm more concerned about quality than quantity, & doing modular scrogs means I can have plants that would normally be 10 ft + next to plants that, if left "un-scogged", would only be 4 ft, & I can keep the canopies the same, & therefore the height of the light the same distance away.

ETA: noticed you were on about SOG, the op was asking about scrog, I havent done a sog, so dont know about sats in sogs :)
