Well, I have been a long time fan of green, but lately i seem to be spending so much money on it, and sometimes the gear i get it pretty shit. So i decided to say screw it to the multitude of dealers out there and grow myself, except it's my first time (you could say im a vigin grower:omg:) About a week ago i planted around 5 seeds and one plant has actually come out of the soil and is roughly 5.5cm high. But theres only one developed leaf (its good size and healthy looking) there is another leaf but its about 0.5cm big and i cant tell if its natural or if theres something wrong with the way im growing.

I have a 200watt halogen light and a 7" pot. i kept it in darkness untill the seed appeared above the soil and ive been giving it 16 hours light and 8 darkness. My room is about 30-32 degrees. The stem looks fine, its strong and healthy looking. is it just me or is there something wrong with the plant (maybe its a late bloomer . Ive also got more seeds growing, so maybe these ones will come out better, any advice or tips would be greatly helpfull :bigjoint:

To me that pic looks like a match sticking out some soil on fire

Them lights are not the right lights for growing. Them spot lights give off alot of heat. Your heat gose up to 32 and thats to hot for seedlings. Its probably shrivled up with the heat
