I've recently purchased some jiffy pellets and would like to know what to soak them in prior to use. i have some tomorite or some nl evolution AB mix.
anyone use either of these for seedlings?
how much would you guys use for germinating seedlings?

None youll kill them don't start adding nutes until a couple of weeks old use plainwater then start using 1/4 or 1/2 of what it says on the bottel then add more nutes and keep an eye on her
Yeah just wet water to start off mate..
As nimmo says, dont add nutes till cutting size at least..
Maybe add some rhizotoinc or root stimulator then..

You could boil it then leave it to cool down then ph it for the best with root sim and rhizo but as I said I use water strait out tap

I always soak mine in seaweed and water solution 1ml/l (same as I pre-soak the seeds). It gives them a little bit of something to go at, not that they need much.:stoned-smilie:
Oh yeah, and I use tepid water, less of a shock to the seedlings/seeds and make sure it is the Wet water and not the dry or crumbly stuff :headbang:

That's what I do, use water from the kettle which has cooled right down.
