Got caught last nite with a tail light out, then they smelt some liberty haze i had just gone and traded with a mate, it was lush but yer they took that and scales then decided to search my house. They were in for a shock,
They took: 4x 600w lights shades and ballasts only 2 in use, 8 fans, 2 rhinos+fans, 16 plants (yer i know more than 10 but they was small), 3 oz of hash, trim, 50 tabs, 1/2 mandy, few g of sniff, and a blue bottle of nos that i recovered from a rave at the weekend (was half full, right result i thought at the time).

So yer not a good 24 hours for me, any advice anyone?

they have just passed a law that basically says -
if there is some 'noise' from your house - it is than 100% legal for the police to force their enter, without any fucking warrent [not even talking about a reason], and make a search,
and on top of all that the most ironic stupid thing i have ever heard is that - they legitinize all of this by the excuse of - preventing violence acts .

I'm new to this forum and wanted to ask some advice for what you think might happen to me and boyf after being caught.
We had a grow of 6 plants in upstairs room in a tent. They had just gone into flower, 1 week into it, we got the dreaded knock on the door.
They had a warrant but now I know it was a voluntary one, I let them in as they enquired whether the umbrella plant was a MJ and took them through to prove otherwise.
They then said they'd had reports that we there was a smell. we had a carbon filter, and ona blocks throughout (for paranoia) there was no smell, even my mother didn't know and she was in the house the previous day! There was no light leakage.
Anyway, I think it must've been neighbours from hell, maybe the fan or the occasional hum of pump??? We had just had a meter reading about 3 days previous, just wondering!
I had no previous at all for anything although partner had a previous grow (1plant) got a caution and had been done for possession of resin previously, only a personal amount though.
We both admitted to it, although we were arrested with cultivation, we were bailed under production, is there a difference?? If so what?
What do you think might be the likely outcome for us both?
Do you think it'll get to court even, i'm hoping it wont!!
