I am glad to have found this forum

I hope to gather more useful information from this site and looking to find some new techniques.

420 to you all.....

At this current time i have 2x Black skull Auto Ryder's growing in a home made box. and there struggling at this time.

I over fed and i have flushed 2x times and have let the soil dry for about 4-5 days now. I watered today but only half of normal water amount.

My temps have been what i would consider high about 84f with the lights on (sometimes higher) and about 70 with the lights out.

Some of the leaf tips are browning and turning crisp and i have lost 3 leaves totally between the 2 plants

Allot of the pistols that were a bright white clear color have turned reddish

and the leaves that are bad are curling downward.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED..

... yup, thats right, we knew we would have issues as a beginners in this field... We have just started using cannabis last year(2012) and have found its uses to cure my main ailment of epilepsy and help my others in so many ways, my fiances included and in so many other peoples lives I had to know more about it and grow it for ourselves! So here is our attempt at maintaining and asking so many questions and researching on our own, but sometimes we just need to be more direct and here are a few of our 6 babies:
Grown all from "MYSTERY" seeds, as i call them...

I dont know whats going on with the thin leaves on one of the plants...

Hey everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself, I am a student who has no experience of growing except an outdoor grow with a friend when was about 15 haha. I enjoy a good smoke and am a big Arsenal fan. After looking at a few forums I chose this one as it seemed by far the best :) Unfortunately I wont be able to begin my first grow until I move into a new flat in two months as I just don't think ill have time, I have purchased some northern lights seeds though so very excited :D In the mean time will try and learn as much as I can from your great forum. New to cannabis...looking for genuine migraine treatment

Hi, as per title, I'm new to cannabis. Never smoked, never seen it, never used it whatsoever.

My girlfriend is recently hit by migraine and I'm worried that it might turn worse, as I've heard from some that migraine when untreated and prolonged, may cause death. I heard that cannabis is good in treating migraine, so I'm wondering if anyone out here, in this forum which is full of experienced users, can share the treatment method? Particularly hearing from someone who's recovered from migraine would be most helpful.

Hi I am currently using biobizz range of :-
Grow
Bloom
Algamic
Topmax
Root juice (early on)

My growing medium is a 40% plagron bat soil mix, 40% house and garden coco and 20% expanded clay pebble.
Temps day average 75 f , night 68f.

My tap water has an E.C of 0.7 or an 350 ppm (E.C x500)
With a ph of 8.4

I am at the start of week three and using 3ml grow 3ml bloom 3ml algamic and 1ml of topmax per litre and feed 2ltr per 15ltr pot and the following day, 1ltr of ph'd water or 1ml of top max and algamic and a drying day then repeating the process and need to know:- a, if I need to mix ph down (phosphoric acid) to bring ph down to 6,6.2 ? As it settles at ph6.6 and am experiencing what looks to be N deficiency or possibility of Mg along with foilar feeding Mg mono (canna) with algamic every other day any advice would be a great help as its stressssssing me out lol 😔

Hi everyone my name is Sam
I'm 20 years old and live in Belgium.
This is the first time I'm growing marihuana and I currently have 2 plants of different strains.
One super silver haze and one Jack la mota.
I put the seeds in the soil April 27th of this year.
I keep the plants in my greenhouse or outside when there isn't too much wind( the plants tend to bend because of the wind)
I just made an account on this forum to read up about the best ways to grow.

hiya all, 71 years old, and starting to grow for the old arthritus, in the far north of Scotland.
Thought I,d like to pass on a tip learnt the hard way, bought some seed online,can I say where?,planted 4 seeds 3 took off and 1 is still alive, but only just,
Planted 6 more including some free ones I got!, with something called mycorrhizal fungi, which helps root growth, boy does it ever, the second lot planted 4 weeks after initial lot have overtaken the first in growth.
All grown in a greenhouse with no heating, obviously outside! and look where I live too.Seed beds contain horse muck, seaweed, topped of with coir compost, and perlite?
Thought you might like to know!!

I'm just trying this site out cause I had randomly read a couple of posted threads and seemed a lot of good knowledge can be traded. I run a sealed room for a long time now. most problems anybody has besides pests can b e eliminated by using the CGE method of growing. 95 percent of success lies within the environment of the room. The other 5% is what keeps me interested every room I grow because no matter what theres is always something that is different with every room. kinda excited to shoot the shit about theories either for or opposed to some things that i do special .

Just signed up to the site that I have been using as a guest for tips hints and advice etc. I am currently on my first grow of 2 plants of blueberry kush, this is my first ever grow and I am about 4 weeks into flowering.

Hello fellow spacemen and women. Heard good things about the site and decided to sign up!

Started with my first grow today. So far I have soil from a tomato grow bag and some compost from the top of the garden mixed in a smallish pot.
Plans are to pop the seed in and leave it by the shed window for a week or two and see how it goes. I was thinking of putting it under a light after the first 3-4 weeks, or just leaving in sunlight. Any objections?

Also, which of these would you think might be easier for a first timer?

Hi i am new to this and just potted my first 6 babies but am not too sure exactly how much to water them and some have yellowing tips, can i solve this easily , each cutting is potted in its own 5inch pot and about 10 inches from the training light , im leaving the water way more than 12 hours standing before watering them. Can anyone give me a good run down of exactly how to look after them really well and really looking forward to watching our little kids flourish !!

White spots

I am growing 3 outdoor plants and they are now 2 months old. White spots started to appear and I tried several home remedies. In final I used Nettles steeped in water for 20 days recommended by a friend and this solved the problem and the plants are now greener. Need to dilute first or you could burn the leaves a bit.
Hope this advice helps other growers as I was frustrated until I discovered this general purpose pesticide.

First of all, I'm not a new member I had another account which I was active on about a year or so ago but I cant remember the account details so here I am.
I don't know how to contact a mod so hopefully, one see's this post.

I've grown a couple of strains on two different occasions within the last year (Barneys LSD and a Big bang auto on the first occasion, Utopia Haze and a amnesia lemon on the second) neither of which turned out brilliantly they both had the same problem of being lanky and didn't yield a lot.
I wasn't expecting much as I was using a 250hps and in a relatively small space (my Cupboard under the stairs).

After getting a bit disheartened with the process and a few months of not growing I've decided to go for it proper, and so here I am writing this!

I do lots of stuff, indoor and outdoor, and have been doing it for a long, long time :)

I used to play at 420 and IC but got sick of the know it's all and trolls, seems easy going here so I'll stay for a bit :)

Just finished, Subcools agent orange, a cut from his mother, Schnapple 'Tropicana', WiFi, Mango Haze, and an old school Grapefruit (pre 2000), in the boiler, Black Domina, Arcata T\Wreek (the 32 ;)) and a couple others..you know how it is...oh yeah, and a 'Think Different' auto that was gifted to me...supposedly this will throw 200gms from a 600w in a 12L pot in 75 days...hehe, grown a few bits and bobs here and there, and after the Schnapple... seeing is believing...

I need some tips on fan and ventilation set ups.

Hi guys. New to this site. I'm a new grower and at the end of my first grow using cuttings. I have four plants in a 1.2 tent. strain is white cheese. I got to be honest my buds aren't the best looking abit smallish to say I'm approaching 6 weeks. But I've learned a lot from this grow so I'm happy. I've attached a few pictures any ideas as to when the pistils will turn brown. Got the odd one on each bud. I've got a few agent orange aswell but are at about 4 week flowering. Cheers guys

Hey whatup everyone. Just wanted to say HIGH and properly introduce myself on here. I haven't had much time to look around the forum yet, but it looks like this is a pretty good place. It's up to date, active, and I can definitely tell I'm going to learn some things. I'm very much still a beginner grower. I am proud to say I do have 2 'successful' grows under my belt, so I guess I know a little something. But I'm always looking to gain more knowledge. I prefer to grow in a mix of approx. 60% coco coir (fine, premium coco), 40% growstones "super soil aerator", with a few amendments. I've managed to get pretty decent results off my first 2 attempts, so I'll stick with has worked for me... ya know? Anyways.. that's just a little bit about how I do things. I'm looking forward to getting to know some of u and learning from everyone. Peace -johnny

Hello everyone i thought i would just actually make a thread lol, ive been growing since last year after i came back from the dam in July for my 18th birthday. Atm i have a single and double tent set up using autos and 600w cfl lights, there are 3 lights in the double im going to add another light in there this week. Strain is cheese. Thats it basically they've started budding now going to add some feed in tomorrow morning other than that everything is good. some leaves are yellow due to be being a lazy F*** and not getting feeds soon as the feeds are in within a week should be all good. Do people remove fan leaves ? or is that a no no cos it shocks the plant ? my next crop im considering of using a wilma system instead of autos ?? and bendin the plant ive heard couple of growers sayin that it increases the yield ?

Am i the youngest grower on here ? Haha
