I have 6 bag seeds planted and I'm now waiting for them to germinate. I have them resting in the greenhouse for now although I plan on moving them under a 350 HPS 12/12 indoors after they germ.

I'm using J Innes compost and have dozens of plant nutrients (Ill give more information in my next update) . I'm growing in 6L tall pots. I planted 6 as I am expecting to encounter some problems on the way.

If anyone has any tips it would be great. I have never grown before so this would be my first one. I am in the UK and it is quite sunny everyday now. From 7:30am to maybe 8:30pm. So it would get about 12 hours of sunlight each day, if not I could always put up a cfl to keep her going an hour or two longer.
I am using a Afgan Kush seed (regular) which is on its second day of germination in the paper towel. A root has started to sprout through, so im going to give it about another day before planting. I'm using normal compost for my medium, and I also have miracle grow fertilizer. I'll probably do quite a bit of LST to make sure all the areas get plenty of light.
Does this sound like a good set up? And would I be able to switch from the windowsill to a grow box when there isn't enough light outside? Or would this shock the plant because of different light levels?
Please tell me if this setup sounds good, or anything to improve on. And it would be great if someone could tell me if its fine to move the plant around to different levels of light throughout the day.

All this is done by using the expeller machine's and take lot's of space for it and you can extract all type of seed oil using the expeller machine's.
