For instance members who have been here for a while get away with breaking rules.

Members who are new (noobs) get slaughtered for it....

How is that fair?

Something should be done about it ASAP.

It seems if I break a rule, I'd be fucked for doing it but others can get away with all sorts,
posting offensive pics,
being rude and offensive with there posts...

Even homophobic remarks are there if you look for them!

It needs sorting otherwise how will the forum move forward ?

It's going to start having a detrimental effect, starting with members leaving...which is not what's needed.

We should all be sticking together, abiding the rules and making this a happy welcoming place....

Not acting like its "us" and "them"......

if i am idle for about 15 minutes or so i get auto logout from my account.
thing is problematic cause if i have to write a long thread and accidently press submit - i could loose it all !!!
luckily i already know that problem from the past so i copy+paste just before i press submit.

another kinda annoying thing is after about 15 minutes or so since i post a thread\reply it is unable for me to edit it.
for the first 15 min or so i can edit, but after that the option just dissapears...
