Do u think I could have a N def as well? Cos now my other plants r showin similar symtoms to the one discussed. Some of the lowest leaves on the other plants r goin completely yellow with no spots or browning, and I think its progressin further up the plant cos some of the middle ones have slight yellowness!

Ive only ever fed them once with bio-grow for nitrogen, they've been livin off N in the soil.

Do u think I should mix epsom and bio-grow for their next water?

If you potted up just before flowering, I'd throw in a bit of BioGrow right now. I use it almost to the end

Yeah I was thinkin about that myself! Right... some good news, I managed to get some epsom salts!! Epsom Salts by westland! very suprising!

Heres a pic, tell me if this is the right product, better be lol...

Before I bought it I made sure there wasnt any other adulterants in it. By the looks of it its pure epsom salts.

    Ingredients:

"EC Fertiliser Magnesium Sulphate Epsom Salts"
"Magnesium Oxide (MgO) soluble in water 16.5% (10% Mg)"

Is this the real deal? Cost me £3.99!!

    Here a link to ithttp://www.gardencentre.co.uk/product.asp?id=3398

Got it from my local garden centre.

Right... Ive gotta think about applying it now.

Im gonna mix it with some bio-grow as well, and how much epsom salts for a 6.5L watering can?

I don;t agree and there have been big debates on here about using grow after wk 2 of flowering. I say do NOT. It will make your bud leafy and will not taste as good as it could.

I used to give a small amount of grow up until the end and then went some with some advice I had on this forum. To say I was impressed with the end result is an understatement.

There will be all sorts of deficiencies at the moment. The problem is that the plant is unable to absorb any of the micronutrients it needs. By adding the epsom salts you will allow the plant to access the rest of the nutes (including the nitrogen that is still in the soil). Once you add the epsom they will take off again.

Trust me, have I been wrong yet?

Do not add any more grow nutes. The epsom will sort it for you. Yellowing of lower leaves after wk 2/3 of flowering is GOOD and shows the plant is diverting it;s energy to flowering. You do NOT want anymore vegetative or leaf growth from now on.

One heaped tablespoon per 10ltrs. Dissolve it a small cup of warm water first and add that solution the rest of the 10ltrs.

    And no GROW. LOL

I added 6 level teaspoons to 6.5L water, is that safe?? I think I might of over done it whoops!

I assumed 1 level teaspoon per 1L of water, is that wrong?

It said on the box add one handful (approx 5-6 level teaspoons) to 4.5L (1 gallon) of water.
