RDWC water pump size?

My next grow im gona go recirculating as it will be a scrog,.. system will be 2 x 20ltr buckets, one for plant and one for res.

What kind/size of pump should i look for?

I reckon 1000 litre per hour will be fine for a single pot or you could push it to 1500 litre if you wanted to be sure! That would be max you would need though.

As FSM said, maxi jet 1000L pump will be more than enough to create DO in both pots.

I used the mj1000 in my small system (2x24l boxes) first grow.. worked a treat.

I just read a interesting thread on this and basically was told to work out my systems volume which will be about 32ltr, times this by 10... So 32x10=320

This tells me i need a pump that can shift 320ltr per hour

That right?

Get the MJ1000 mate.. more is better where DO is concerned.

Both the micro and maxi jet pumps are nearly silent.. i'd get a MJ1000l for the sake of an extra 4/5 quid over the micro. plus the Maxi can be run outside of the res.
