Has anyone any idea what this is?
I use a sulfume and invigorator spray so pretty sure it's not spidermite.

Is it silvery because it is usually a bug sucking goodness out from underneath the leaves ie aphids. Have a very close look with a magnifying glass underneath them. Hope its not this though.
Not sure about the spraying at night and what it does.

You will first have to identify any bug cause it could be one of many, then a spray or a predator should sort it. Then when finished this grow you will need to clean/sterilise your grow area depending if its in or out. Hope this helps
sounds like aphids you should be able to buy a spray and sort it, but make sure you spray under leaves (all of).
Thanks for your replies....
I think its thrips!!!
Look at the below page and look for the 5th post down made by Diaper.. it show 2 pictures - the first one is spidermite and the second is thrip damage.. the thrip damage is EXCACTLY what mine look like!

Now - whats the best way to get rid of them?
you need to get them treated asap they can cause fungal attacks because of the way they feed.
are you growing organic or with chemical based nutes ?
choose an insectacide and treat every 3/4 days for 10/12 days to break the reproductive cycle.
