In need of advice!

So I have been flushing for about a week now and the two colas directly underneath the lamp started showing signs of nitrogen deficiency and yellowing well before the rest of the grow. Now as the rest of the grow is starting to yellow and curl in the 2 colas in question look past the point of harvest you don't even need a scope to see the majority of the trichs are amber in this area.
This is my first grow, all advice welcome.

chop it if the trichs are that amber,you are looking at them through a magnifier?at that point it will only degrade not improve if left,how old and long in flower?

They will start yellowing at the end that's normal , bring them down if there going to far as they will be useless .

They will be 8 weeks into flowering on friday. All of the two plants are looking bang on schedule for chopping on Saturday apart from the 2 colas directly under the lamp which have practically no sugar leaves left and a majority of amber trichs.
