    Muscles don't grow in the gym, they grow during the recovery period. Things like nutrition & nutrition timing, especially protein... water, rest and stress levels all effect recovery/growth and maintenance. So having a joint a few hours after a work out will have a positive effect by the way of rest and stress levels, but also remember depending how you smoke you will be taking in different amounts of hot plant matter and chemically enhanced tobacco.

    It isn't about how big muscles are, it is about how hard they are. Big muscles mean nothing if they are flabby and weak. They're all for show. Give me smaller muscles that are rock hard any day. The best way to build muscles tone is to use the muscle repeatedly and they will get harder.

    I couldnt do it when i used to bodybuild 7/8 years ago, gave up due to shit health. I couldnt smoke weed and do gym at same time id rather have a line or something that was an up/buzz I couldnt smash weights out stoned out my tree lol

    Roids are no good for you either, get some clomid if your doing them, i didnt and ive got lead lumps under my nipples :/

    If you are not someone who is to act lethargic if they smoke (meaning you can’t be bothered to get off your ass) and you can actually eat clean, why not smoke? It provides you with a GREAT chance to bulk, because the munchies are going to keep you hungry.

    I smoke all day and night but when I'm about to lift i try not to smoke a couple hours ahead of time. I'm not lathargic at all but just not able to push as much weight
