Looks like mg deficiency to me. Symptoms only usually start appearing in the 4th to 6th week of growth.

Water with 2 tea spoons of epson salts to a gallon of water. For fast results spray foliage with 2% solution of epsom salts.

    This should sort you out

I'm not convinced thats a mag def, can you post a better picture, take it out of the light, and photo at a distance with a flash and zoom in.

It might just be the first fans dieing off, however without a proper look, i can't say.

    Better picture, better diagnosis...

How much and what are you feeding them?

Since you are in a soil fee medium, or is that just a top layer of pebbles?
anyway, you might want to PH your water...

secondly how old are they? thats important regarding your feed schedule...

and what lighting are you using?

On first impresion i looks like the spots might be related to dropping some nute solution on the leaves, but that doesn't explain the tips...

Tips would suggest a nute problem of some sort, just try plain water for a couple of days maybe, and keep an eye on things...

its just the top that is coverd with pebbles i am in soil! (indeed a crappy soil but soil nonetheless)
They are maybe 40-50 days from seed and in their 4th week of 12/12
using a mix of ligth 250w hos 65w UVB 150w red cfl
nute solution has not been accidentally dropped on any of the leafes thay have had 1 feed of 1ml/L Biobizz bloom (aprox 2dl of nutriated water each) and a small spoon of epsom salts (1-2 spoons per gallon)
The plant in the pic is the only one showing these signs (for now) and i leave my water sitting for 2 days before watering!

Nute burn m8t,that soil they are in has probably still got nutrients in it.I have made the same mistake of feeding too early.just give them plain water for a couple of week and see how they go.
