Default Hydro system for a fly in fly out worker

Hi guys - galls haven't grown for a while and I am looking for a hydro system that requires no maintenance for a week at a time eg hempy buckets or auto bucket systems, as I have not used these systems before any info - pros & cons on using either system would greatly help. Groom will be 80x120x2.0 using 400mh & hps to flower cheers fellow tokers :-)

Or you could opt for the IWS system's,with a big enought 'res' they'd be fine all week.

I'm doing hempies at the mo ,reckon it could work with a automatic watering system, as its run to waste the only probs i could see is where would the waste go over the week

Basically it's not the system that's the issue it's the size of the Reservoir

    NFT RDWC etc etc

It doesn't matter what the system is because the plants will all drink roughly the same so the issue is getting the system setup to run for extended periods

You will need about 300L extra in full flower if running 10 plants under 2 600w hps

I agree with Icon. I run 135L res now and at peak flower I am changing every 4-5 days. Also my system has a tendency to plug up (food and drain) so I have an extra overflow at peak level to allow for continuos operation. That would be one of many concerns. I would try to find a trustworthy person to check on them once a week to see if things are running smoothly. I have never left my plants alone for that long and would miss them dearly lol.

Thanks waterdawg and Icon at this stage still planning Groom and system but one thing is certain I will be using a 400w hps & MH globes with the possibility of up grading to two 400's or two 600's
