I always seem to get this problem in flower, up until finding this site I just thought it was part of the plants life.

Can anyone tell me what this is and what to do to fix it, I had a look at the plant deficiency thread but cant really read it its to small.

This is my plants at 24 days 12/12

A very common problem that we've all suffered mate.

What were you watering/feeding before the flip and what are you now?

I'm going with overfeeding during flowering, that seems a lot of nutes.

I thought that so I kept them a week behind the chart that came with the nutes it says up the boost and flower as you go a bit more each week, the root ones are lowered to next to nothing in flower.

Could it be I feed every time instead of a feed, feed, water or feed, water, water kinda rota.

What do you feed yours, wouldn't mind trying organic, read that its a nicer smoke in the end.

Chicken shit (pellets), Bone and Bloodmeal, spoonful of Epsoms, and if they're really hungry bitches a squirt of Doff tomato good (the added seaweed version).

That about does me from start to finish mate and probably costs just a couple of quid a grow.

Do you have an ec meter? It may help to know what level your feeding during the different stages. If I followed the label my plants would most likely get nute burn, I had the same problems and it turned out to be high ec levels. I ended up flushing my plants with pH 5.5 water with no nutes in. It looked much better after a week or so.
