    Default Looking for modern/light/airy Coffeeshop

Sorry if it's already been asked! Just wanted to look for somewhere that's quite modern? As all the coffeeshops I previously visited were all dark and mostly dingey!

Most of the coffee shops are dark and dingy , their the best ones IMO . But the grasshopper is quite light and airy inside .

Voyager's not far from central station is really light and airy and the guys in there are decent. The lemon haze is really tasty too!

Bluebird is chilled out light and airy. Turn left at the square were the monument is and go over the first and 2nd canal bridge, carry on about 50 to 100 yards, then ask from their, you might be able to see it.

I've been to the grass hopper but still found it a little dark and dingy, just bigger than others!
Thanks, will check both voyagers & bluebell.
Murdock, can appreciate that but it's just me and a friend going, both females, and we found some of the smaller/darker ones a little intimidating last time!

Intimidating?.. Just order some of that good goody goodies and chill out with you're lady friends no matter what the lighting..
or maybe go for a bike ride and see who falls off first

Very understandable and smart imo. I have never been, If I were you I would stick to the popular more public ones, Surround yourself with the public I would say. Rather than some far out one.
