As you can see its's gone really thin in the middle.
Is that the tap root then because I left them without light too long and stretched.
Just wondering wether I can pick it in half then re plant it? Or is it too late?
Or should I just bury the thin bit in more soil?

    Thanks.

It's damping off and it won't recover, sorry.

Give everything a good clean and wipe down, get some new soil (or sterilise some from your current bag), and try again. Increasing the air flow and reducing watering can help, but obviously slows the plant down a bit.

ETA: Also, try to avoid soaking the seeds for too long, if you do soak them, and perhaps use fresh tap water so it still has a bit of chlorine in it (I always water new seeds with fresh tap water).
