How does my plant look?

First time grower.

Planted on 4/20

Strain: Agent Orange

*Grown indoors by a window with 8 hours of DIRECT sunlight per day*
*Picture shows plant at 2 weeks old*

I just wanted to get some advice on when you experienced growers think I should transfer
my plant into a larger pot and move it outside. And also what do you all think about its overall look so far? Healthy?
