Yes more info, but that soil looks heavy....garden soil ?...maybe waterlogged.

Just water. Its justsome high quality bag seed. Using same soil as the others and they love it. Never ph'd under 150w cfl

Soil looks like it has given your plant nute burn.... It looks to dense....maybe lack of oxygen to the roots is the problem

Miracle grow ?...no i wouldn't personally as it can be to hot for some plants.

If you HAVE to use it, use it in parts with some normal compost + perlite.

Do some research on MG for growing, and make up your own mind.

Think of your medium (soil) as being fluffy/ airy....you should be able to stick your finger into the soil without much resistance.

Came back to add and agree with what oyman posted....we need to know exaclty what your using...what soils nutes...do you know the ph of your water ?.

Another point is your plant is too young for nutes if you use soil as your medium....new soil usually contains about 3-4 weeks worth of nutes
