Different flowering times: when to germinate?

Hi folks,

so 3 femmed seeds:
- pineapple chunk
- OG lost coast
- Sourpower
and straight to flowering period
The first two are about the same - 8-9 weeks. The sativa is two weeks longer.
Aiming to get this finished at the same time so i can convert to a drying space and wrap up.

Any tips on that? Should i just pop them all at once or give the sativa a 2 week headstart? Giving it a headstart might cause space problems under 250w HPS which will be tight anyways.
Alternatively, anyone got ideas for how to dry in the same space as growing?

Hello mate, put the bud in brown paper bags. Like you get from the sandwich shops. Just plain none waxed. Or a cardboard box.
Cut the bud up in to small bits, in to the bags or box. Then you can put them in the groom/tent.

If your giving one starin a head start just watch your hight, till the others catch up... if your doing some training on them they should be good

Cheers, but with no flow won't that be in danger of bud rot. I thought a couple of pc fans either end was what you needed: it could get a bit damp in there?
I'd thought of some sort of box contraption with holes at odds like this:
