hotel recommendations?

Hi people
going to the Dam with my mrs and another couple, and was wondering if any one could recommend
a hotel? We are looking for somewhere close to all the action and good value.

The Victoria park is a good hotel its across from central in middle of the dam
The Amstel botell a been in that a few times as well

I enjoyed staying at voyagers coffeshop/hotel , me and the mrs enjoyed that! Although most off the te I just book flights and get an apartment when there , can pick up a cheap one. Shop around as the dam is expensive! Some its 14 euro a gram haha!

Hotel nova.. Defford mate. Right where you want to be and if you turn up you can haggle.

looks like the amstel botel is the one for us! like the idea of it!
