Default Brown/dead bits on my buds

Ive got some strange looking bits on some of my buds. About week 5 of flower I forgot to water for a good few days and the plants dried out, also had a hermie issue when I forgot to cover side vent with upstairs light on, could any of these have caused it,and what exactly is it?
Growth since has been fine but the brown bits have puzzled me.
    Anybody got any ideas?

Looks like bud rot to me mate gutted for you I think the best course of action is to cut out the affected areas to stop it spreading, but I'm not 100% wait for someone to clarify, is your humidity high?
    Peace

Thanks for replying. Its only in isolated places though, not an all over problem, is that how budrot works?

cant say ive kept a log on my humidity levels, ive seen it about 40% and about 70% at different times, ive never noticed condensation on the inside of the tent. Its the first time ive grown in a tent and they only went in in flower stage.

how do you stop budrot in tent grows? Dr90,4inch extractor, passive intake through side vent,250w hps, soil,.....by the way. Temps peaked at 30 during summer heat in n/w england.

Looks like some nute lockout to me. Ph levels possibly. Budrot will make the leaves immediately roll up and die. These leaves have gone necrotic from nutrient/mineral falloff.
