Thread: can you grow auto's under 24/7 light

    Im on 18/6 with my autos at the minute, 6pm till 12 noon. I think anymore is a waste of electric if your using anything more than a 250w HPS, you minds aswell grow photos for what you will pay electric cost again final dry yield.

    Being the old hippie that I am (Yeah! Right!) I like to stay with nature a little & allow a couple of hours sleep time - I do 21/3

    Possibly ... start moving up the hours 30/40 mins a day until you get to at least 18/6 - your plants will reward you for it

    You can but understand they'll likely look pretty stressed once they start to flower, everything likes a little rest at some point and it does a huge amount of good for the veg phase. You can turn the lights off, got to work and autos will be noticeably bigger by the time you get home.

    12/12 wont do autos any favours. More hours of light is better

    Default My autos

    I have 4 easy bud autos and 1 auto northernlight, they are doing really good so far on a 18&6 hour. Let me know how your autos come out!

    I give the first two weeks 24 light after two weeks I switch I start with half an hour of dark which I increase by 15 minutes a day until it hits 20-4 it seems to work out alright decent yields
