yep.. top lst supercrop... just do it before they show sex and it wont give a shite ime.. check out my TD journal in the grow out section, i topped and suercropped one and i even snapped one of the main heads off but i still got 319g of it under a 320w led.... im certain all autos will be fine as long as you do it before they show sex... after that you miss the window imo.

Count the pairs of side shoots
From the bottom going upwards.
When there is 4 pairs of side shoots
And a cm of main stem growth above the 4th
Pair.cut the main stem inbetween the 4th
Pair.so you will be left with 4 pairs of side shoots.
