    Default Rotterdam

Lived there for 4 years in the nineties. Great city, everything on offer, just not in your face like Amsterdam. If you're going to Amsterdam, Rotterdam is worth a visit. About an hour on a train. Small enough city, but very modern, very easy to get around. I enjoyed my 4 years there

I've thought about going there a couple of times (and plan to in the future)... mind you, I do like the 'in your face' experience of Amsterdam's Red Light area

I've been to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. Rotterdam is more peaceful, so sometimes my friends and I bought pills then took train to Rotterdam, found a quiet bar then enjoy till late of night )

Rotterdam treated me well as a 19 year old irish chap. Great city, great people, great smoke...
