This may seem to be a "outhere" idea but, when a member wins some seeds, why don't the admin either arrange with Herbie's for a code so that the winner can claim their prize straight from the source instead of via "the good ole USA"
or When they are doing the comp, & along comes a winner, get the seeds sent straight from Herbie's, ie when paying for said prize, have the delivery address as the winners safe addy & the billing address as the Admin's card addy
It's such an easy way to do things, surely one of them has thought of this.
Herbie's = Great
THCTalk = Great
THCTalk Admin = Reasonable
THCTalk + Herbie's = Double Great
Admin + Herbie's = Not So Good
I think it says it all really.
