    Default Stealth and Fans

Hi everyone, I'm looking for the very best fans available (here in the UK) for my new grow room, both in terms of silence (particularly important) and efficiency. Any suggestions?

RVK for me also but with built in speed controller, wasted way too much money trying to find a silent seperate controller

I'm bias for ruck fans as ive not tried the rvk's. But either one will do the job very nicely. If you follow Bud Lightyears guide to silencing the fans you'll be laughing mate.

Well big thanks to all you guys...I'd pretty much come down to the same suggestions, be it RVK or S&P.

as said bud got a great thread on boxing a fan for the noise, check it out could save you lots, other than splashing out on a s+p. my tent is 1.2x1.2x2m dr120 and the s+p 6"+4" works perfect for me . was using 600whps, but now running the led.. all the best john m in what ever you pick fella

Well thanks once again all you guys, but I finally came across the Manrose commercial MixFlo range. The spec of the 5 inch was impressive at 310 m3 per hour and a noise level of only 25dB full speed or 240 m3 per hour and a noise level of only 21dB at the slower speed, promises to easily outperform the RVK. Anyway, I bought 3 of 'em at a total cost of for around £150. One extraction, 1 intake and one to cool the light. And yes Oxy, I saw that thread too a while back and intend giving it a shot.
