He took his home and kept it in his conservatory in his lovely warm house. 6 months later his had more than doubled in size and mine had not grown at all and was looking all sad and floppy. When I moved house he looked after my plant for about 2 months and kept it in his conservatory. It started growing and sprouting new fly catching blob things I don't know what they are called, so I decided that my plant would be happier in the conservatory than it ever would be in my flat and it has lived there ever since. He also has a venus fly trap which has been loving life in the conservatory for over 5 years and its still growing bigger every time I go round. So basically what I'm trying to say is carnivorous plants love conservatories.
    Lol thanks for that

I had a Venus fly trap sent in the post last year & it's thriving under a CFL. Repotted it twice so far in growth technology 'wetlands formula'. It's shite at catching flies like, but it's healthy

That made me chuckle. Bit like a dog that won't fetch a stick?😂😂👌
