check these leafs out!!! sugar leafs are growing weird!!

I'm 3 weeks into flower & I'm starting to see dificency . ..new sugar leafs are cuping under/down like this



also new growth on budding sites leafs look like this

not all growth looks like this but it's getting worse..each plant looks green & healthy except some new growth and a couple lower fan leafs.

My main worry is the deformed new growth could this be mg deficiency ? ???Should I add some epsonsalt to my next watering???

I'm growing in fox far soil, im useing floranova bloom, calmag, botanicare sweet,
my feeding ec is 1.5-1.6
