As I tend to grow autos, my answer would be different from Photo growers...
never tried B & Q verve, herd its cheap as chips but i do have homebase and there multi purpose is 2 120ltr bags for £14. with any soil depending on quality or should i say added supliments in the soil (back of pack) i'd tend to go 2/3 weeks. others go 4 but ive noticed some big leaves going yellow/pale then crispy when i leave it till 4 weeks.
sign of Nitrogen def imo. but u can buy some blackstrap mollasses (unsulphered) at weak intervals during the 2nd or 3rd week
