LOL wow, now I'm really confused!!! So can I use my hydro nutes lol. As for the T5's I agree there not the best but I have done a few with pretty good results and unfortunately due to heat thats all I can run without temps hitting 100 F. I was planning on using pretty much everything I have available other than coco and air pots so it would be the nutes that may be an issue. Timing of feed seems to be the next biggest question so basically feed till I get a good amount if runoff, dependant on pot size I guess? If feeding till run off is there still need to flush at any time? I will look at a few journals to get a better ideal re timing and ec levels. So if using a water butt (tote), letting temps reach 80-85, same as ambient could cause problems? Sorry guys for the newb stuff but trying to even see if this is worth the effort of a summer indoor grow. Perhaps I'll just buy a bit to get me through till the first fall run lol. God I hate the thought of paying others what I can do myself lol.

I would just get canna coco A&B your hydro nutes will work but not as well in my opinion. You only need the A&B for all the way through, its cheap as chips 5 liters of each for around £30 you probably won't need those size bottles though depending on how many plants you're doing that's enough for me for 2 runs of 8 plants. You can use your other hydro bennies additives and boosters no worries...If you find you have temp issues with stored water/nute solution then just mix small quantities prior to use assuming you got somewhere to keep it cool to dechlorinate overnight...

Thanks Bud, yes I will get some coco nutes, why fuck with success lol. As for water storage I may just break down and build a chiller. My well water is just that well water so no chlorine, but pretty high calcium content. All I ever use re nutes is House and Garden and botanicare as a back up and beanies, no additives or boosters. Going to get the airpots and coco tomorrow, would 5 gallon be the proper size and should I be putting anything else in there? Do I need to soak the coco or prepare it in any way? Also am I reading that ph can be an issue and need to keep watch of that via run off? Actually this getting exciting lol, feels like I starting all over again lol.

5 gallon US is around 20 litres, thats perfect mate...Get canna coco pro plus if you can its the best on the market in my opinion, you don't need to add anything to it, it's ready to go straight from the bag contains trichoderma too. Don't worry about Ph mate 5.8 is the magic number for coco and a tad higher 6.0 in flower....As long as you stick with this and get a decent runoff after each water/feeding you won't have any Ph issues.....

Again thanks Bud you the man! Its refreshing to see someone who spends the time to help. So I'll stop for now, gota head to the store tomorrow and see what they got, i have a few mataro blue I forgot I had so I may run them. A bit leery of auto's as I've had bad luck twice. Ok just one more, probably a stupid question, just start them in jiffy pods right?
Hope this helps everyone reading, the only other medium that competes is Carbon Gold, it's coco with charcoal, seaweed worm castes and other goodies, Bob Flowerdew and Alys Fowler form BBC Gardening recommend it too, I love it cos you get 10L more than Canna. I'ts a similar consistency to Canna coco too and they do seedling coir an all.
