    When a district judge or magistrate is sentencing a offender,do they have to state verbally that they are giving you credit for early guilty plea and failure to mention it during sentencing could be grounds for appeal ? (Think i have explaned that right )

    ANSWER: Is yes magistrate has to indicate verbally that he/she is giving you credit for egp.
