Great stuff guys thanks! I was worried I would be over feeding them and always waited for the pots to dry out a bit. What's the difference in normal soil and coco soil??

Coco has no nutritional value at all to plants. All nutrients have to be added to the feed

Never let coco dry out it will allow evaporation and the salts left on the fibers from your nutes will cause problems. That is why you want good run off to avoid salt build up. Also the more often you water the more o2 the roots get and the faster your plant grows.

Do you think my plants are looking like this because the ph has been too high?

If the Ph is over 6.5, the plants will have not been taking up nutrients properly as they feed between 5.5 and 6.5. Those leaves look like they also have some calcium defiency.

If I was you I would give your pots a proper flush through with feed at Ph 5.8, and give them a foliar spray of Epsom salts at 1 teaspoon per litre
