i used garden wire stuff,,its insulated in plastic, very cheap, an made few wee holes in my pots, tied one end to hole in pots as anchor, an got all tallest branches an slightly bent them horizontall, if u got lots ov branches u could have lots ov holes or just make few holes only bigger an use fewer holes in top ov plant pots, u can bend them more after few hours, go easy to start tho,, good start for scrog, if helped plz click thumbs up, its free :-]

Need advice, I have tried fimming on a plant now but all that it seems to do is cut the fan leafs that comes up so now its just a set with half fan leafs that comes up or will this change soon and the tops start growing up? If not then I will just do a regular topping.

When is the best time to do the fiming, at how many sections of fan leafs? right now its two three sections.

just thought i'd give my two-pennth worth to this awsome thread, instead of using normal scissors to top/fim, i'd suggest you get down to your local fishing tackle shop and invest in some 'braid blades' (about 3 quid) they are without doubt the sharpest scissors available and will last forever if theyre only being used for topping/fimming. just thought it might help. peace.

i prefer to use my finger nails as to pinch the wound closed so not to invite unwanted pest into the open wound

anyone offer any advice, it gets about 13 hours of light a day,
and is 2 weeks old, grown from seed. mainly indica strain
I would get that under 18/6 as soon as possible..13 hours ain't enough and it's way too early to top.
