Default Help to get rid of thrips

I'm growing in hydro and have found thrips in my flowering room. the plants are 4 weeks into flower 3 foot tall with very dense leaf growth. What is the best way to control/remove the little bastards without harming my crop?

You'll have to spray them mate, it's never a great idea to spray your plants when in flower as you probably know, but the thrips will cause a lot of problems if you don't get shot of them asap!
Personally, i'd use a very dilute mixture of water and pyrethrin or neem oil (around 80% water and 20% pesticide) and generously spray all of the leaves top and bottom trying to avoid the buds as much as possible. Thrips can't swim nor tollerate pesticides, so if you go over your plant carefully making sure you cover every leaf with the spray, you *should* be able to eradicate them.

edited to say: give the plants plenty of air movement after the plants have appeared to dry, just to be safe and avoid any bud rot issues.
