Great tip for handling hps bulbs

Placing a sock over bulb makes it easier to replace and handle the bulb with out getting grease on ur bulb...

I've always used a sheet of kitchen towel, but a sock is a great idea (but maybe not so great an idea for the single males )

Haha bin watching my dad struggle for years and just testing my new cool tube out and just pulled a sock a out washing basket was closest thing to me and thought wow haha

We couldn't

afford posh gloves for winter so socks was the way to go........................put a golf ball in one for the knots in your back and yep it works great for all bulbs too.

As it happens i keep mine in....................................

best tip i can think of, don't touch when on and watch your swede, when doing work in the groom, as said don't touch the bulb, use a sock, bulbs no like oily mits
