Sunmaster dual specs are good 600 bulbs dude. Id keep em under the MH for first two weeks of flip though to reduce stretch.

And yeah carry on training for a few days after flip to try and fill screen and get a even canopy as possible then let them fuckers rip. Would be good if u knew how much the strain stretches. But we'll just playbit safe and fill the screen to 100% with stretch and see what gwarn

I've already got some of them they've done 2 grows is it worth buying new?

Up to you realy dude if u can afford it why not, good to swap em out every few grows for efficiency
