Never , dog food contains many many chemicals on average , would be th same as composting human waste = full of poisonous toxins .

Unless dog is vegetarian do not add it to your pile .

I would never use dog, cat, or human poo for composting.

I use horse, cow, chicken, or bat if I could afford it. I don't like using rabbit poo because rabbits eat it, and that's not fair to take away their food.

I doing some vermicomposting also .

Perfect for city folks who cant do big composting projects like me . My bins are 4x4x4 each ft

Bins expensive. A 260L on ebay for £26.78 and the 220L from "them" is only £2.81 cheaper but doesn't have a floor/base to it.

I want a composter though, someone lend me £30, hey hey

Just make your own from a tote box , drill holes and away you go .

Me and a neighbour went halves each on two of these from our local council. It worked out even cheaper as there was a buy one get one half price. With delivery costs it cost us £10 each for a 330l bin.
