Whilst I can't imagine the problem being the timer, remove it from the circuit & try again...

I'd have to agree M_C, take the timer out & try again. If it works, then get a new timer.

    Problemshooted the whole thing.

I dit the next things to know what might cause the problem.

    * I put a normal light in the timer.
(it works) no zooming noise also.

    * rechecked all wires and asked someone who knows electricity.
He told me its all good. He said i need to look if i get enough electricity.

    * Put the ballast directly on the electricity.
Nothing... so either the ballast is broken or the light bulb.

Or simply, i do not get enough electricity.

This might explain the noise the timer makes as soon as the ballast is connected.
Ttonight i can use this persons multimeter,
so i will know if i get electricity everywhere. I will also know what is broken if there's something broken.

    Thanks for the help everyone!

You using a contractor your 600w will blow the timer which could be what the noise was saying that looking at pictures you've got a proper timer so can't be that strange mate

If after testing with a normal light it worked, I would advise taking it back to the shop & asking them to either wire it up, or replace it.

Not so much InQontroll LOL, but seriously having seen your posts, I hope you've kept your receipt as the only problem I can figure out is the unit itself, to be honest i wouldn't have bought that one, but if thats the one your using then fair play fella, i would return it to the dealer and ask him to wire it for you or get your cash back - obviously sub-standard equipment, good luck fella,
