Doodle plan of series wiring! I've ordered some 20mm square tubing which may be able to run some of the wiring! I'm hoping it will be strong enough for the heat sinks!

Ok after looking over the previously posted heatsink I realise that my understanding of the calculation was lacking and that heatsink was no where near sufficient to do the passively! I have managed to hunt down a more suitable heatsink from Bal-Group here in the UK!

New calculation based on the new profile perimeter on this sink! I require 22W heat watt dissipation per cob!

    3 Cob bar
    Base 160mm
    Thins 25x44 1100mm
    Total 1260mm
    126cm x 60cm the cut length = 7560cmsq
    7560 / 110 passive = 68W
    7560 / 40 Active = 189W

    2 Cob bar
    126cm x 40cm cut length = 5040cmsq
    5040 / 110 passive = 45W
    5040 / 40 Active = 126W

It's not all light tech! I do currently have a RQS Critical on the go! I'm looking at her right now thinking perhaps I should chop these two huge fan leaves shading out the side shoots! What you guys think?

Heat sink arrived this morning! Decided to go with 3 pieces at 600mm to give me a bit of leeway should anything go wrong with the tooling! Heavier than i'd thought so i'm concerned wether a grow ten can take this kind of weight! 9.5KG!
